Cut and mash up all the strawberries!

Then you start cooking the strawberries and once it starts to boil add in the Sure-Jell. Once there is a rolling boil---start timing for one minute and make sure you are constantly stirring so the mixture doesn't burn.

Once you have the jars filled with the mixture put on your lid and screw on the ring.
Then invert the jars and let them cool! (The reason for inverting the jars is because you want the lids to seal to the jar.)

Thanks for letting me know about the rocking deal on strawberries, I ended up making lazy-man freezer jam. Not as good as yours but it was still fun to make. Your jars look beautiful way to go!
